Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITION (RETURNS & EXCHANGE)

    1. Kindly ensure that item(s) stated above is returned within 14 days from the original date of receipt unwashed & unworn and with all tags and labels intact. Lara ‘J reserve the rights to reject returns that do not comply.

    2. Sale items and accessories (e.g. bags and belts) are non-refundable / exchangeable.

    3. We regret to inform you that we do not refund existing store credits.

    4. Amount paid with gift card / store credit will not be refunded. Gift card / store credit will be reinstated.

    5. For defected/incorrect cases, Lara ‘J will only reimburse equivalent to SingPost postage regardless of other carriers used.

    REASONS FOR RETURN AND OUR FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS:

      FOR RETURN DUE TO CANNOT-FIT REASONS:
      • Credit card refund / store credit. *If item is $42 and bought at a 5% discount, refund will be $39.90.
      • Store credit will have a valid period of 6 months.
      • Shipping postage WILL NOT be reimbursed.
      FOR RETURN DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT:
      • Replacement item will be mailed to you after receiving your parcel. Shipping postage will be reimbursed.
      • If credit card refund / store credit is preferred, shipping postage WILL NOT be reimbursed.
      • Shipping postage will be reimbursed but only equivalent to the postal (SingPost , Pos Laju) registered / normal mail postage fees regardless of carrier used.
      FOR RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:
      • Correct item will be mailed to you after receiving your parcel.
      • Shipping postage will be reimbursed but only equivalent to the postal (SingPost , Pos Laju) registered / normal mail postage fees regardless of carrier used.

        You can download the return form here if you do not have one.

        Step 1: Please ensure tags and labels are intact, not a SALE item or an accessory, and return is within 14 days.

        Step 2: Kindly mail the item back to us and remember to enclose the return form with details filled up.

        Step 3: Do allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us.

        Step 4: Once we received your parcel, we will email you with our follow up actions on the same working day.

        If you do not hear from us within 7 working days of mailing the parcel:

        Please email us via our support form. Do provide as much information as possible. Including order number and tracking number.

        Do note that registered mail (trackable) is strongly recommended. Lara ‘J will NOT take certificate of posting / photographs / receipts as proof of posting due to increased fraudulent abuse. Customers will bear the risk of lost mail by using non-trackable mail.

        SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT

        We provide reimbursement of shipping value up to:

        Singapore - Singapore Registered Mail (up to SGD $6).

        Malaysia - Pos Laju International Mail (up to MYR 20RM).

        International - Please email us to get a quote.
